WHERE IS THE REGISTRATION DESK, AND WHEN DOES IT OPEN?

The registration desk is located in the Ballroom Foyer and opens at 8:00am. Please arrive early to collect your name badge and avoid missing any part of the Conference opening.

DO I NEED TO WEAR MY NAME BADGE?

Yes. Name badges must be worn at all times during the Conference and the social functions. This is essential for security and networking, and ensures a smooth and productive experience for all attendees.

IS THERE WI-FI?

Yes, free Wi-Fi is available to all attendees.

WHERE IS CATERING SERVED, AND WHAT ABOUT DIETARY REQUIREMENTS?

Catering breaks are held in the Ballroom Foyer, a great opportunity to connect with our Partners and Trade Exhibitors.

Food will be specially prepared if you have advised us of a dietary requirement. Your requirements are listed in your registration summary (provided via email). If anything is missing or has changed, please contact conference@aomevents.com.

Please note that late requests for dietary requirements cannot be guaranteed.

WHAT SOCIAL FUNCTIONS ARE ON, AND DO I NEED A TICKET?

• Welcome Reception & Networking – Wednesday 21 October, 6:00pm – 8:00pm, Ballroom Foyer

• Conference Gala Dinner – Thursday 22 October, 7:30pm – 10:30pm, Ballroom

• Coopers Brewery Tour – Friday 23 October, 3:30pm. If you are attending, please meet in the Ballroom Foyer.

All functions are separate ticketed events. If you have purchased tickets, they will be listed in your registration summary (provided via email). If you would like to purchase tickets, please contact conference@aomevents.com. A limited number of Gala Dinner tickets may be available on the day – please ask at the registration desk.

HOW DO I JOIN THE ONLINE SESSIONS?

Two sessions can be joined online by Zoom. Links open 30 minutes before each session. All times are Adelaide time (ACDT).

CPD

Delegates are responsible for their own CPD reporting. The exception is Western Australia, where a drop box will be available at the end of the Conference for delegates to submit their completed CPD report cards.
